- This massage technique will
- loosen tight muscles: Using a
- kneading motion, massage the
- face, (gently) then the scalp,
- working down through the neck,
- shoulders, arms, lower back,
- legs, and feet. Work gradually
- from lighter to deeper pressure
- in the direction of the blood
- flow to remove lactic acid and
- toxins. Massage each area for
- two minutes. Always use oil to
- avoid skin irritation.

- points for one minute each:

- center of the skull base
